Offbeat Om started as my way of piecing myself back together. About eight years ago, I lost someone very dear to me. I wasn’t okay, and I couldn’t figure out how to be okay. Out of desperation, I rolled out my yoga mat and pressed play on a five-minute video.

That little pocket of time—where I could just be okay—turned into ten minutes, then twenty. A few days in a row changed everything. Yoga became my lifeline.

Eventually, I wanted to share that lifeline with others. I went through teacher training and started teaching in studios (which I love!)… but honestly, if my only option back then had been studio classes, I never would’ve started. I lived out in the country, thirty minutes from the nearest studio, and I couldn’t afford it.

So now I’m here—making yoga, Reiki, and healing content that’s actually accessible. Online. At home. On your schedule. For anyone who needs it.

We all wobble from time to time. Be unapologetically unbalanced!

This isn’t about having it all figured out. I don’t. It’s about showing up, wobbling through it, and learning tools that help regulate energy, calm the nervous system, and make life feel a little more doable. Some days are easier than others. But we’re in it together.

I share yoga flows, energy-healing practices, and tips I’ve learned (and am still learning) from therapists, teachers, and just living life. If my messy journey can make someone else’s square one feel a little less overwhelming, then it’s worth it.

At the heart of Offbeat Om is this belief: healing practices like yoga and Reiki should be available to anyone—without money being a barrier. This is the best way I know how to make that happen.
